Pros

1 - At first co-workers were great until the India invasion. 2 - Some of the bonuses were really good. I don't think they have the same bonus plans today. 3 - The time off allowed after tax season was great. 4 - The training was great.

Cons

1 - They used to have a great team of developers until they started hiring programmers from India who were IMHO incompetent and hard to understand. They should have never started to hire H-1B visa employees just to save money, it is costing them more in the long run. 2 - At the end of each tax season everyone would take a well-deserved break, the problem is that break lasted for months, and it took way too long for business owners to come up with the next years requirements leading to last minute changes that lead to very late nights and long hours unnecessarily. 3 - In order to get a decent raise, you had to find another job and quit, then you would get a counteroffer.

The management is good and projects are also fun. There is complete work life balance. It is a very welcoming environment.

Cons

You don't really learn anything from projects, if you are an experienced professional who is thirsty to learn new ideas and tech then you need to spend time learning it by yourself.
