Pros

Scheduling is made for the entire tax season. Easy clerical work & paid training. Training was better tha the actual job itself in my case. It's around 9.50 for a first year Client sales professional

Cons

If it is a slow day it can be very boring. If you're not comfortable making calls this isn't for you. Clients will take their frustrations out with you before they get to the tax pro because you're right in the front. Be brave & keep your people skills :) It's just temporary ! Your overall experience depends on what office location you're in. I suggest a busy office with upbeat & friendly staff.

Pros

If you have a great office manger you will love your time there. Being a professional client is very easy once you have been trained. Low stress great for a college job.

Cons

One con is that you work only during tax season which is about starting January and ending April 15th. You can always apply next tax season as well.
