Pros

Flexible hours, get to work with people, help to sell something that people actually need, if you do well the manager might try to get you extra hours at another office. You can take the summer class to become a TaxPro for a discounted rate in the year you worked as a CSP.

Cons

Difficult to get 40 hours per week, occasionally TaxPros try to push you around, sometimes the people filing don't know their ABCs.

Pros

I have learned a lot from working here. I am a CSP at the front desk and not only have I loved to work here but I have loved the people I work with as well. They have been very helpful in being there. I have learned some things from my co-workers and can even take the class at the end of the season to become a tax pro for next year.

Cons

The only cons are that it is a seasonal position and that it's only part time. I am sad that this job is ending way too soon.
