Pros

The company allows you to choose which days you work and if you prefer nights and weekends. There are learning opportunities to help you grow within the company. Each year there is the opportunity to increase your pay and achieve a bonus. This is an excellent second job for supplementary income after Christmas and before summer begins.

Cons

Many times you are asked to work longer hours, and there is often an issue with understaffing. If you choose to take on extra hours one time they expect you to continue working those extra days or hours. There is no set lunch break and sometimes you work a 12-hour shift with no break. Due to the job position being mainly seasonal, only 3.5 months of actual work time are available each year.
