No formal training or team motivation, all online handouts/SOPs and competitive against co-workers rather than united as team. Set pay rate with zero opportunity for raise or discussion of pay rates within first year

Very flexible schedules. Friendly coworkers. Great boss. Lots of training material available.

Cons

High stress and Zero benefits. Corp managers weren't very nice, especially during Covid, and despite federal mandate to pay employees for covid sick leave they under paid some and didn't bother paying others.
