Pros

Other employees are nice... However, managament will play employees against you... destroying any respect between the employees and team leaders.. thus, why they go through so many in 3 months..

Cons

This position is all about kissing up to the management in Utah. They care nothing about the people or the clients. They go through several Team Leaders every season. Over the past 5 years they have yet to find anyone that is willing to stay for this position. Manager will belittle you and expect you to do the same to the other employees. Management is the worst Ive ever seen. You are promised much in the beginning yet are never able to receive those benefits as they let each person go just before being able to achieve the benefit. Therefore, the top management in Utah receives the bonuses not the Team Leaders that worked so hard for them.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We're sorry to hear that your time in the Team Leader role was difficult. While we're glad you found your coworkers supportive, it's clear that your experience with management and communication did not meet expectations. We take concerns like these seriously and are committed to fostering a respectful and supportive work environment for all employees.
