Salary is not competitive, pay structure may be upgraded.

No continuity - No good pay

They don't get lunch hour. Don't get payed for all hours worked. They also don't always pay you your end of the year bonus. Plus they hire some many tax pros so you don't hit you quota for the end of the year bonus and the bosses make lots of money for work that they do t even do. They do not back the clients like they should and they do not care about the employees or the clients they just want money money money and they hire people for jobs and don't even work them befor the terminate most of them. Why waist people's time or even get there hopes up. This places is 100 % joke

There is a LOT they don't tell you either because they assume someone else did it already or because no one actually knows anything but the DGM. This includes basic things like the hiring process, pay, how the job works, etc. During the "peak weeks" of tax season (the most busy time) you have essentially as many hours as you want, but the availability you chose is locked and they arenot very flexible during this time. So if you applied with essentially open availibility, be prepared to work 11-12 hour shifts every day or every other day during these weeks.

Nothing at all all good

Unfortunately the pay was low. Sometimes it was hectic because customers were late or did not show up.

Poor pay, little to no training, dealing with angry and impatient customers, unrealistic expectations, and corporate literally doesn't care about your work experience as long as they're making a profit. It gets increasingly more stressful as you near the end of the season.
