The role can be overwhelming due to its fast pace and high expectations. Training is helpful, but much of the learning is self-guided, which may be tough for those who need more hands-on support. The workload is demanding, and while bonuses are available, they can be difficult to attain without putting in long hours.

Low salary, high expectations, some preps are difficult to work with

Salary hike low depends on the team we are working and little bit of poltics around promotions

A lot. Here's a list 1. TERRIBLE PAY. As in worse than the local taco bell pay. Starting pay is 10 a hour, no time off, and negligible benefits. 2. Unpredictable hours. Some days you work like 12 hours and others its only 2 hours and your gone. 3. Upper management is extremely immoral and disconnected from reality. Upper management constantly screws over older employees out of their commission, pays interns unlivable wages, and expects managers to work 60+ hours on a salary that a Mcdonalds shift manager would scoff at. Overall, I'm surprised anybody works at that awful company.

Lack of supervision and toxic environment.

Nothing specific, Salaries can be a bit better but over it is really nice. We can learn a lot and evolve.

Lesser benefits No competitive salary

No on-site opportunity. Salary hikes are going to be average. Not many challenging projects. Planning process is somewhat inconsistent.
