      no loyalty to employees, will throw you under the bus when it is convenient no room to grow. top managment thinks only about themselves CEO is a talking head with no compentency

      Pros

      Good bonuses. Get to know member's and the vendor community so good travel and expensive dinners.

      Cons

      Wow, so many to list. Management pins people against each other. So many internal games played by one VP that I wonder how anything gets done. Not a really clear vision of the future or what to offer the member's. I can see a mass exit of the vendors that are being over change.
