      Pros

      There are few, long hours, pay is mediocre for most, no raises with any substance, take advantage of women Their are many single women working there for years and they are not paid well, not a chance for advancement and are generally taken for granted and kept in clerical or menial jobs.

      Cons

      Long hours, no advancement They work people long hours at meetings and conferences and there is no extra pay/kudos/gratitude for the extra effort the team puts in on conventions and more. Little regard for the worker bees

      Pros

      -Benefits and bonuses are great (Execs make sure of this as this affects them the most) -Good Work/Life balance

      Cons

      -Upper management is made up of individuals who have been with the company for 10+ years and lack any real training or new skills. They stick around to collect their bonuses. -Not open for change due to most individuals set in their ways -Very siloed and cliquey -No room for promotion

      Management communicate openly about financials and future strategies. Good benefits. Nice people. Employees understand and care about the members and mission of the organization. Good work/life balance.

      Cons

      Management sometimes stalls projects (maybe due to disagreements or indecision).
