Pros

If you show up to work and perform your best, advancement opportunities will become available approximately six months. You establish great working relationships and friendships with your peers. For trainers - a great pro is meeting new hire agents on a constant basis.

Cons

At times, there are those who will get caught up with negativity on the job. In training - it's not enough for trainers to just interact with clients and teach the material to the agents. Recently, trainers have to take calls on top of adding more required paperwork without increase in pay while Team Leaders do not take calls.

Pros

can basically call off whenever you want with minimal consequence

Cons

employees can basically call off whenever they want with little to no consequence leaving others to pick up the slack. Management is BS and cares very little about their employees. $9 - $11 /hr is barely enough to live off and imo isn't acceptale for the type of calls you deal with here. The stress will eventually get to you, just took me 3 years to get SICK of it and find something that will made me happy/ not wanting to pull my hair out.

Favoritism

Cons

Favoritism is key, hard workers are treated unfairly. Upper management sees their own management as a number, I can just imagine what they think about their CSRs. This company is good to start but it is a third party being ran from India, so American values are out the door. You are not treated as a person.
