      Pros

      HGS has a strong commitment to its employees, providing development, good benefits, great work-life balance and fair compensation.

      Cons

      Like all companies growing fast there are plenty of opportunities to make the business even better. Some days you have to have patience with processes that have not matured as fast as the company has grown. But if you are a person that likes to make things better, HGS has lots of potential.
