      Paid Time Off. My Pod mate is a cool dude.

      Management. It does not matter what you do for your account/ team you will never move up if you are not sucking up to the Team Leads and management. You will do 10 times more than the next and they will get the position you worked hard for.

      Located in the suburbs so closer to home

      Cons

      I joined this place a few months back in a Corporate role directly working with the CXO. Complete disaster of a boss. Will get one to do different iterations of the same work without any logic..Spends more time in internal planning than formulating any strategy
