      Pros

      Good, comfortable, work environment, clean and professional. Staff seems to care about each other and teams become like family. Always something new to learn.

      Cons

      Work is repetative and sometimes it's hard not to take the complaint calls personally. Every minute of your day had to be accounted for.

      Pros

      There is definitely room for growth in the management/leadership sector of this company, if you're willing to put in the work and take on the responsibilities. Plenty of different positions for someone just starting out, as well, so it's pretty easy to find an account you like.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, not much room for creativity, and the work environment is very sterile. Employee morale is often very low, and many feel under/unappreciated. If you're not interested in becoming management/leadership and climbing the corporate ladder that direction, not many other opportunities seem to open.
