      There is huge flexibility for schedules and hours, they work with you to get you the best schedule. Provide you with some of your equipment to work

      Cons

      They do not communicate with their employees. Demand a lot of work outside of your scheduled 40 hours but they do not want to compensate those hours. They do not provide you with some essential tools do do work properly. Extremely low morale as they do not want their employees to have a space that feels like theirs to work in
