It's a call center. If that's what you're looking for then this is it not the worst but if you want something better keep looking.

can be a quick hire. nice building with lunch room. vacation time. health care insurance option. bi-weekly pay. smoking hut outside.

Cons

micro managed. low pay. paperless environment - means no pictures,no tissues, no holiday cards, no calendars, nothing but the clothes on your back. taking time off that wasn't scheduled will be used against you in everything. rules may not apply to those rubbing elbows with management.
