Pros

The company is fairly flexible with your schedule and you don't work weekends. You can occasionally work from home. They give annual raises and you get paid time off and holidays

Cons

there is a lot micromanaging. You don't want to be on the bad side of someone in management. They will promise room for growth, but that won't happen. The starting salary isn't great.
