Pros

HGS is the Place of Freedom. Awesome and safe zone for freshers who wanted to start their career in BPO field.

Cons

The only drawback is pay scale, that too employee may feel after completed 2 years. The only reason people are leaving is pay scale. The expectation is to get at-least 20% hike from the current CTC from 2nd appraisal. Due to lack of salary increment HGS is keep loosing senior employees who really wanted to be there but their needs are not allowing them to stay there.

Incentives and benefits are the only good thing about it.

Cons

You can not grow in the company they are unorganized and the LA's are worst than the actual agents. I got to the point I never even asked for help. You get taxed on all your wonderful gift cards and airmiles. They do not pay enough for whats expected.

Good company to start. Great environment.. Great atmosphere to work in. Great team members and chances to do a lot of fun activities.

Cons

Don't know till now. Found nothing but may be salary is a bit less than others.
