      Pros

      Nothing to say, it doesn't look BPO. It's looks like factory.

      Cons

      Working environment is like in market, employees are treated as servants. Employees should extend or do double shift without any extra money pay. For most of them we feel like garments factory. Management doesn't keep their like in yearly hikes. They even black mail employees in giving experience letter. I think hinduja brothers have become billionaire from BPO sector where they black mail employees.

      it is good for who are look for job with minimum qualification of any degree or diploma .they can survive for some while and they can look into there carrier

      only in salary pint of view .we can go one back step that's it
