Pros

starting pay is good and as long as your good you will get your pay increase.

Cons

HORRIBLE TRAINING AND HORRIBLE TRAINERS EVER! systems always going down, managers (and floor support) avoid sup calls or act busy and forget about you so your stuck with angry customers that give you bad surveys.

Pros

The co-workers are great (most of the time), it's nice to have a set schedule, and the work is relatively easy.

Cons

They don't pay enough. Plus, with the exception of my specific team leader, I felt most of the TLs on my account didn't give a hoot. They weren't very helpful, and unless you sucked up to them they would basically ignore you. I also really hated the break lengths. 30 minutes is not enough time to eat and take care of other things like phone calls without having to shove all your food into your face. And if you're late, you get in trouble. We're not in high school and I feel that we shouldn't be treated like we are.
