      Good selection process but not pretty salary.if anyone willing to do job under 15k without more knowledge then this is best

      Cons

      The complete bpo job in the big city.with such low salary.not worth it for desired engineers who studied big courses four around four years.

      Pros

      Clearing the interview is very easy if you know someone from HGS

      Cons

      Unprofessional HRs Bad quality of processes followed. Company never tries to keep the workforce happy. They just want the work to be done Not much employee benefits. They can terminate your employment for the lamest reason you can come across. The HR is well trained to handle terminations, but not to handle employee morale.
