      Low wage, No growth and No learning experience

      Pros

      Team leaders are very friendly and knowledgeable. Managers are clueless about the process. They have been hired only to shout and clear the queues.

      Cons

      Management will compel employees​ to work on national mandatory holidays and even double shifts.
