good work environment, leaves are given whenever needed, managers are supportive.

Cons

career growth very less, salary hike very less ,if you are looking for career growth in bpo industry this is not the best option

Pros

The employees are nice, the atmosphere is peaceful. The salary is correct for bilingual opportunities.

Cons

The HR are useless if you have any issue. Many payslips problems. Some managers are not respectful.
