      Very nice environment we can never see anywhere in any other companies

      Salary is the big problem at HGS very less package which doesn't suit to the market cost of living

      Pros

      Great people to work with. Great initial training. Decent pay with some benefits.

      Cons

      Treated like you are expendable and after initial training to promote within you get very little training and are expected to already know a job you have done.
