      Pros

      This review is for HGS Interactive , Vashi Branch. Being part of Hinduja Group, there was job assurance & timely salary. In the initial first year of service learnt new things but later projects become stagnant.

      none. can not think even one.

      everything. nobody has got a clue what they are doing, trainging is just wasting 2 weeks of your life. to get help from anybody who is supposed to help you is quite rare but getting the right advice from them almost never happens.

      Very good company in terms of growth, recognisation. Employees friendly work atmosphere Never felt like coming to office Reasonable stress

      Cons

      Too too low salary as per the standard regulations Management even do more cost cutting in small small thing of employee benefit Carrier growth will be there, but no salary for the designation hike also.
