      Pros

      Working part time at HGS was good as it meant you only had to put up with it for a few hours in the day.

      Cons

      Terrible place to work. No value for employees. Too many rules - it felt like being back at school. The pay really wasn't worth all the hassle.

      Very good company to grow incase if u r looking for a career in bpo... Good management....incase fresher got opportunity, i recommened to job there to know value of a job.... doesnt recommend to people who r not into bpo sector and incase joined, my suggestionis only for an year... Also, HGS has good reputation outside...

      Cons

      If you know the work, you can complete your target within time else, you have to extend ur shift timings till u complete..(my suggestion is learn work) have to bare with little less salary for an year
