      good Environment, providing Vast employment opportunities, great entry with PF/ ESI and Leaves

      Cons

      Not utilising available resources - infra, skill, manpower, just concentrating on domestic process. unhealthy atmosphere for entry level especially, few unethical practices at middle level ( grown up from entry to lead specially), not creating further growth to other as few leads are not capable to grow ladder neither leaves job nor grows...

      Pros

      Free cab and good work life balance. It was a good company for fresher's..

      Cons

      A lot of work..can be upto 11-12 hours sometimes... It has odd shift timings.. Sometimes it becomes horrible..as they only provide one sided cabs..
