      Pros

      -traning is good -environment -very interactive -they will provide cab for night shift and early morning shifts -not bonding

      Cons

      -very less pay.by hand you will get Rs.8000 per month -heavy work pressure -less break time -continous recruitment is happening in hgs becoz no employee would like to work with hgs becoz of the salary what they pay is not for their expenses . -AGEIS is than HGS

      Flexible hours People that you meet I.e, colleagues (lasting friends)

      Cons

      Poor management No support No guidance No progression Lack of opportunity Not stable Company always going through redundancies Management pushing you out the door Management don't care when there is an issue Pick on small things you have done and escalate it into unnecessary stress making you ill No training provided when you start especially not in recruitment and HR, expected to pick it up and do everything correct
