      managers are approchanble can work independeltly will get good leaves mostly day shift can take the decision of yours open door policy and this is the place to learn

      very very poor senior management escepecially guys like ali and sharath. too much of partilality in IJPs. no professional ethics. they wull scold infront of everyone no one is having respect

      Bad management, Hectic work load on some days. Bad infrastructure.
