      Because the employe future in this company is very birght. And enviorment of working place is best. And the given salry is best for the person according to his aligiblity and experince

      Cons

      Rotational shift are the toughest part of this job. When a person sepratlly to his family to other place..then no problem bt his married then this issue raised because the night shift feel insucre to wife alone in night.

      Pros

      Very family oriented company, provides many benefits that most other CMC's do not offer, such as Paid Emergency Days, approved time off above and beyond Vacation/PED entitlements. There are also benefits in the way special circumstances are treated in regards to absence. Pay is competitive in regards to other 3rd party CMC's and the bonus structure(s) for hourly agents are pretty good.

      Cons

      Lower pay than working for a 1st party company. Normal growing pains of working for a 3rd party CMC.
