Pros

Great people to work with, they treat you like you're apart of a family. Great benefits. It might seem scary at first but you will get it no problem. And if you have an issue, your support team will always be there to address any concern.

Cons

The customers who call in sometimes call just to fight. You have to have a strong heart. You have to be able to tell customers no and be able to take control of the call without being rude. You have to have more customer service skills rather than technical skills.
