It was a great company, good ambiance, great people, I love how we support customers having problem with their computer. All the agent were very helpful.

Full time hours and possibility for lots of overtime hours during holidays

First you are a Rogers call center rep. Do the same work as someone who worked at the rogers building and made $19.00 and hour for 11.60 an hour. I feel there is no accountability on managements part Lack of respect for employees and the wok they do
