      Pros

      They hire you even if you have no experience and train you very well. They give you a chance when other companies are not willing to. Amazing work environment and culture.

      Cons

      They pay minimum wage for so much work you do. Schedules are for a great amount of time not in your favour.

      Pros

      Any one can join this company at any time, those have good communication skills and behavior. You only need 12+ education level, no graduation no post graduation requirement.

      Cons

      In this company have a lot of restriction and condition that effect on employs mindset about company. There is no care of employs, if you are facing any issue you have to come office to do your job, it dose not matter what people think. I also observe that a lot of employs not happy with there salary.
