Floor Staff are friendly and respect.

Cons

few trainers are not maintain professional in training environment. They allow new hires to listen music and play games while in training. As Call centre are stressful environment and New hires should to adapt to that culture before hit to production floor. here this part is lacking.

No positivity in working environment

They tell during interview the timings will be 9.30am to 6.30pm but after joining they will not leave before 8 or 8.30 pm, its almost 12 hours working and no holiday on saturday too, according to this salary package is very very less for channel team member and there is politics between channel team manager which effects the team members.
