Pros

starting pay is good and as long as your good you will get your pay increase.

Cons

HORRIBLE TRAINING AND HORRIBLE TRAINERS EVER! systems always going down, managers (and floor support) avoid sup calls or act busy and forget about you so your stuck with angry customers that give you bad surveys.

salaries are deposited to the atms as per schedule

Cons

The people in the account that I've been was not that nice and they are always so demanding, even to the point that they are ordering mandatory overtime that is against the labor code. Most of the overtimes are not being paid. No time for career growth

Cool Managers and Team Leads, Easy going Work, No specified targets, Varied shift timings, Free Transport facility, Excellent location, Friendly work culture.

Cons

Gross Salary is less compared to what other BPO's provide for the same designation. Incentives and perks are extremely low and is difficult to get. No non veg food available in the cafeteria, sometimes food might be of questionable quality.
