Pros

Decent job to learn how to interact with people for someone just entering the workforce.

Cons

Company pays similarly low wages for CSRs who field complaint calls and CSRs who are required to do complex troubleshooting. Few opportunities for actual advancement.

Pros

The employee base gets treated respectfully, benefits are produced, flexible shifts even when full-time. We have a great team at our location, and I am always looking forward to working along side my colleagues.

Cons

The client that our location works for runs the typical policy of running the call center into the ground, dumping it and hiring a new center. It is evident in how the reigns tighten week to week around our capacity to help customers on the client's behalf.
