Pros

HGS is the Place of Freedom. Awesome and safe zone for freshers who wanted to start their career in BPO field.

Cons

The only drawback is pay scale, that too employee may feel after completed 2 years. The only reason people are leaving is pay scale. The expectation is to get at-least 20% hike from the current CTC from 2nd appraisal. Due to lack of salary increment HGS is keep loosing senior employees who really wanted to be there but their needs are not allowing them to stay there.
