      Pros

      good salary as a fresher. but after that there will not be any increment even after 2 years,since its a BPO. you can spend good time by private outing with the team. time can be passed.

      nothing will be proper. but still u have to pretend as if u are ok and cool.

      To get salary on time is not a pros. I think there is nothing good to share about this company

      No increaments, Delayed increaments, fake commitments of senior management, no system support. You need to struggle for your necessities like extn no. No internet access at all for employees. Too lang working hours. Compulsion on sharing of others' work. Favour to beautiful female employees. No place to valid reasons for your absentism. Pathetic people management
