Pros

Doesn't require a large skillset to apply. Extremely flexible to suit your needs. Bonuses are awarded for passing calls. Different projects run throughout the company so redundancy is minimal.

Cons

£7 p/h is too small considering the amount of work you do for some campaigns e.g. Pearson, UKVI etc.. You will only be earning higher if you speak another language and work unsociable hours e.g. 12am-7am. The bonuses are tough to hit, almost like you must be a perfect human being on the phone to successfully pass a call. Disorganisation is what the company should consider if they rename it. Never in my life have I seen such a large management be so disorganised with everything. Information doesn't flow properly in the company. From one level of board to another, miscommunication occurs frequently. Very high turnover.

Pros

The scheduling is flexible, benefits are comprehensive and offer a fair amount of coverage, and the atmosphere at the site is nice.

Cons

Basically what you'd expect from a call centre: dealing with irate customers and not receiving the most support from management, etc. It seems like they try to push employees out the door after a period of time.
