      Nice colleagues, team leads, and work environment although remote work. Good training workshops. Benefits included.

      Good for beginners, no work exp or working student

      Pros

      One of the few things I got working here is meeting incredible people. There's not much toxicity between agents. This is a good learning experience for beginners as your patience and multitasking will be tested. The location is also perfect for me.

      Cons

      Low salary, no free food or coffee, account is hectic, cross-skilled to multiple line of business so expect to be used. Poor management skills from TL We did overtime with no pays. Politics inside the office is strong. The tools are not organized, we have to use different tools for every kind of information which makes it harder for us to navigate while talking to a customer while also catching up with AHT or other targets.
