      Pros

      I tried my best to think of pros. I'm not exaggerating when i say There are No pros.

      Cons

      Too much drama between coworkers. managers harass employees multiple Hr cases on sexual assault, Very Low pay for a great amount of work if you work with the car rental company names i wont disclose. Managers doing drugs on the premises. Team leads not leading by example. the team leads dont help wheyou need them to take a supervisor call, they tell you to pretend you are the manager . just for you to do their jobs for them. Also automatic system changes your work schedule every couple of months with no notification to you, so you Don't have a Set schedule.

      Easy to get placement. Employees seem nice.

      Benefits and pay is not worth working for a disorganized company

      Not the best company to work for...

      Fairly good benefits Fun events throughout the year Overtime offered fairly frequently throughout the year

      Cons

      The pay is not great Not very flexible schedule Ridiculous daily goals/expectations for the average person. I barely meet the minimum daily goal and they continue to tell you to do more. Very high new hire turnover
