      The pay and benefits were good.

      Cons

      - Lacking strong leadership which lead to the whole team fighting and stepping on toes - Dog eat dog environment - Negative company culture - Horribly organized marketing team - Everyone working on the marketing team hates their jobs - No graphic designers and no interest in hiring them. They’re using higher ups to make the graphics in addition to their normal roles.
