Supportive Work Culture: A friendly and approachable environment where collaboration is encouraged and everyone is treated with respect. Flexible & Functional Environment: The workspace is decent and practical — not fancy, but it gets the job done without unnecessary stress. Responsibility with Freedom: Employees are trusted to manage their tasks independently while still having guidance when needed.

Cons

Minimal Salary Growth: Annual hikes are disappointingly low — typically around 3%, regardless of performance. Toxic Office Politics: Office politics are deeply rooted, and navigating them often feels more important than actual work. Blame Culture: Finger-pointing is common. When something goes wrong, the priority seems to be finding someone to blame, not solving the issue. Outdated Technology Stack: Most projects still run on old, legacy tech with no push toward modernization. Poor Leadership Support: Team leads, reporting managers, and senior staff are mostly unavailable, unapproachable, or simply uninterested in helping. Lack of Knowledge Transfer: New team members are often thrown into the deep end with little to no proper onboarding or KT sessions. Unclear Requirements: Projects frequently start without complete or clearly defined requirements, leading to confusion, rework, and wasted time. Underwhelming Compensation: The pay structure is not competitive, especially considering the workload and responsibilities. Incompetent Management: Some managers lack the technical or leadership capability to guide teams effectively, which results in poor decision-making and demotivation.
