Pros

Remote work is available for those not close to onsite locations.

Cons

Everything from HR to upper management do not care about you. They treat you like you are meant to be overworked/under paid with and spit out if you aren't able to keep up with the impossible workloads. They also hire people only to fire or push out those who have been with the company for over 10 yrs. Toxic work environment is an understatement.I know you are a corporation but you need to stop treating your employees like they're meant to be overworked and stressed out because the different clients you have and the supervisors running them, are giving unrealistic expectations in order to keep the account with the company. Because of this you are losing employees, including talent that has been with the company for over 10 years. I don't expect for things to change because you all run your business as if all your employees are expendable. your supervisors don't care, they only care about numbers and unrealistic expectations you need to retrain some of your managers that have a little empathy or care for their agents.
