Low salary. No allowance or add ons for upskills. Rice allowance is only 900 pesos every quarter. Management is not considerate

Frequent performance-based raises, plenty of PTO, holiday pay, OT, and good people to work with who want to see everyone succeed together.

Cons

Sometimes things get lost in the disconnect in remote work.
