Many different levels of opportunity and regional growth. Expanding rapidly and in need of flexible talent

Pay scale, general benefit package, all below market, top heavy and top down philosophy which does not work when you manage multiple brands and franchises

Pros

There is growth opportunity if you are on the asset or operations side.

Cons

Leadership is really lacking and the company is very disconnected in their internal communications – everyone is autonomous. Compensation is underwhelming and often changes from a bonus standpoint.
