Pros

The compensation is very good. Great growth opportunity. Meet some really good people. Med Senior management is knowledgeable and helpful.

Cons

This job is good for a single person without children or a family. Don't give you enough time or consideration to make the arrangements to more. Some places HHS is locate is not worry the bother, not even for the money

The Assistant Director is a training position to become Director, so agreement to relocate is usually a requirement; there are also many times when the relocation comes with very short notice. We try not to send employees where they do not want to live.

Really good people , lots of different opportunities for advancement. Must be willing to move. Quite a bit to know and retain

Cons

Work / life balance is not good, pay for line level staff needs to better to retain staff and lessen turnover and training expense

Would love to pay line level staff at higher rates, but must pay relative to what customer & competition pay or business would not survive.

i worked because of pay and location only

Cons

The company using hardwork and expectations to treat the lowest staff badly. They are getting rich off the backs of the hardest working folks, usually minorities in a hospital. They are a mean-sprited group of folks who care about nothing but treating minorities like donald sterling and getting paid.
