Pros

Working here feels like being part of a family that actually wants you to succeed. I love the balance of having "big company" perks—like profit sharing, educational programs and a solid 401k—with the "small company" feel of a supportive, tight-knit culture. Working for HHS has been the best career decision I ever made.

Cons

Long hours are sometimes necessary to meet our goals. Leadership should stay mindful of this and continue to offer strong support to the dedicated staff and managers working hard to make the mission a reality.

Pros

Advancement was easy to come by with hard work.

Cons

The lack of support for teams at smaller facilities is a joke. What are you supposed to do when they won't listen to what supplies you need and you are stuck with a hospital in need of cleaning, but not the supplies to do it? That's patient's lives you're putting at risk for your budget woes. Unacceptable, period. Also, having to work all three shifts throughout the week while being forced to keep yourself at 40 hours is unethical and illegal. Check your people, Mr. Floyd. It's no wonder y'all lost the contract.
