Work and pay based on merit. If you are patient, willing to learn, and put in the effort, you can succeed. You can forge your own path.

Cons

The company needs to do a better job of driving corporate and field unity. All too often, the rewards for financial performance are given to operators, while those for corporate performance are minimal.
