      Pros

      ok Benefits, impossible to use vacation time. Almost no recognition of a job well done.

      Cons

      Too many to list. The upper echelon does not care about employees. If you don't have a manager title, your opinion has no value. They work the lower class employees like dogs and take all the credit. They claim employee retention is one of their top priorities, but their actions prove different.

      Nothing I can think of.

      Cons

      Everything. No lunch. They lie and say they put your pto in and don’t. Then you get wrote up for unexcused absence.

      No more pensions. HII is not a fan of remote or hybrid work.
